Angel Biscuits. For a small batch of 6, use 1.5 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp yeast, 2 Tbs melted butter, 1 egg. Mix all ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup hot water over other ingredients. Don’t allow to rise. Kneed dough, roll out, cut with biscuit cutter. 12 min @ 400F.
